Division Responsibilities

  • Analyze current policies and practices to identify areas that need improvement, propose process and policy enhancements for those areas, and subsequently revise policy and process documents to reflect the enhancements
  • Coordinate and develop performance and operating standards
  • Benchmark employee performance against standardized performance measures, professional responsibilities, and the organization’s overall expectations
  • Conduct quantitative and comparative statistical and financial analysis
  • Act as internal consultant on special projects
