Community Pet Resource Program

BARC is committed to helping keep families together and pets out of the shelter. We will be offering free pet food and other supplies (as available) to the public to assist during this time when so many are out of work and struggling to make ends meet.

Resources are offered free of charge on a first come, first served basis while supplies last.

Please note:

  • This is a drive-thru service and community members will be asked to remain inside their vehicles.
  • Pet food & litter will be distributed in gallon-bags or small sample-sized bags in limited quantities in order to help ensure we have enough to help others in need.
  • Citizens will be asked to wear a face covering while interacting with staff.
  • Pets do not need to be present to receive items.
  • Thank you to Blue Buffalo for sponsoring some of the pet food that will be distributed to our community!
