2018 District Community Meeting Locations and Info

New District Community Meetings Begin Thursday, March 1
District Meetings Replace Capital Improvement Meetings This Spring

The City of Houston will hold community meetings in each district to discuss Hurricane Harvey’s impact citywide, the direct impact to each district, how this affects capital projects, what is being done to make neighborhoods more flood-resistant and resources that are available to help.

Meetings will be held in each City Council District from 6:30-8PM, throughout March. Information tables and subject matter experts will be available before and after the community meetings to answer questions and provide resources.

The City of Houston wants everyone to participate, and will make reasonable accommodations to citizens with disabilities and special needs by advance request. To request accommodations, call 832.393.0955.
