The E. B. Cape Center is a two-story, 27,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility on a 20 plus acre campus. The Facility includes the following features:
11 classrooms with a seating capacity of 10-50 students. Three of these rooms are computer-learning laboratories with a seating capacity of 9-12 students.
Auditorium that seats 150, which is equipped with lapboards, a full sound system, and rear room LCD projector, with satellite and cable amenities are available.
A Conference Room that seats up to 16 participants.
There are approximately 170 parking spaces on the campus.
An inviting and entertaining lobby and atrium.
Many departments / divisions use the campus for conferences or meetings for a small fee.
Several restaurants are located in the area and ample time is given for participants to travel for lunch. Onsite vending machines, ice machine and other amenities.

The E. B. Cape Center is centrally located at 4501 Leeland, Houston, Texas 77023 about two miles east of downtown and a half-mile north of the Gulf Freeway (I-45). From, I-45 exit Lockwood inbound and Cullen outbound.
STOPPED BY A TRAIN? HERE IS A WAY AROUND IT. Traveling north on Cullen, turn left on Coyle. Travel two blocks to Milby and turn right. Take Milby to Polk and turn right on Polk. Take Polk to Lockwood and turn right. Take Lockwood to Leeland and turn left. Take Leeland to the first signal light (Lockwood) and turn left. The Cape Center’s entrance is on the left.
