It's easy to sign up! We just need your name, address and a daytime phone number. You can call us at 713-437-6129 or print out the attached application and fax to 713-437-6957. The program, known as the Residential Energy Efficiency Program (REEP), is administered by the City of Houston and is provided to you at NO COST . Your home will first be tested and evaluated to determine the most effective energy efficiency measures to install. The energy efficiency measures may include:
