January 26, 2008 Keep Houston Beautiful Day 2008 Mini Grants Available
Small grants ($500 each) to help clean up and beautify neighborhoods are now available to any civic group, school and/or non-profit organization within the city of Houston limits, but the time to apply is short!!! Keep Houston Beautiful, in partnership with First Community Credit Union, is accepting applications for these 2008 Mini Grants. The grants focus on litter prevention, recycling, and graffiti abatement. Projects may be completed anytime between April 5, 2008 and May 31, 2008. Applications are due March 3, 2008.
