Planning Commission Public hearing on proposed amendments to Houston's land development ordinance (Chapter 42)

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 24, at 2:30 p.m. in the City Hall Annex Chambers, 900 Bagby. The proposed amendments to Chapter 42 will address:

  • a change in the Texas law affecting subdivision replats
  • average lot sizes and width of lots in the urban area (inside Loop 610).
