File A Minor Police Report Online

Police Dept. LogoThe Houston Police Department (HPD) unveiled a new tool on its website for citizens to report minor crimes (theft under $5,000 in loss or criminal mischief under $5,000 in damage). HPD hopes this function will ease some of the burden on patrol divisions and increase its efficiency and level of service to a public that is increasingly expecting to do more business online.

MUNICIPAL COURTS CONDUCTS AMNESTY PROGRAM
Save Money On Delinquent Parking Tickets

The City of Houston Municipal Courts will conduct an Amnesty Program effective now through Friday, June 15, 2007 for qualifying defendants who have outstanding warrants and/or delinquent parking tickets.

The Amnesty Program applies to citations delinquent on or before February 28, 2007.  Certain penalties/fees may be waived.  For more information, visit www.houstontx.gov/courts.
