The City of Houston and Gulf Coast Green present the first Houston Green Expo: Sustainable Energy and Green Building Consumer Event exclusively featuring certified green products and building materials, renewable energy, energy efficiency tips, and green vehicles. FREE ADMISSION.
This is your chance to view and purchase green products. The products displayed make economic sense, strengthen the environment and makes us less dependent on foreign energy supplies. Join Mayor Bill White, Saturday, April 5 at 10 a.m. for the keynote address, followed by David Freeman who will discuss energy independence and Joe Romm who will discuss climate change.
Join us at the Houston Green Expo for your chance to win one of 12 roundtrip flights donated by Continental Airlines, who will also be offsetting the carbon emissions from these donated flights by funding projects dedicated to reforestation, renewable energy and energy conservation.
