OWN A NEW HOUSTON HOPE HOME!
Dear Houston Hope Community Residents,
Houston Hope is Mayor Bill White's action plan to improve several of Houston's historic neighborhoods by coordinating public safety programs, restoring existing homes, providing quality new affordable homes, and improving infrastructure and drainage.
Qualified home buyers may receive up to $37,500 in down payment assistance to purchase a home in a targeted area.
We completed the sale of 130 homes in 2008 and provided $3.2 million in down payment assistance. You can be the next homeowner!
