ANOTHER SUSPECT CAUGHT IN THE ACT AT 4100 ALVIN
Crime Stoppers and investigators with the Houston Police Department's Environmental Investigations Division are seeking the public's assistance with any information on a suspect illegally dumping yard waste in a vacant lot.
The suspect was caught on a surveillance camera in the 4100 block of Alvin dragging broken branches in the vacant lot. It appears the lot already had a lot of yard debris on it. The City of Houston provides heavy trash and yard debris removal for its citizens. Dumping yard waste on a vacant lot is illegal.
The suspect is a black male and attached are two photos of the suspect.
Illegal dumping costs the citizens of Houston nearly $5 million each year. Anyone who might recognize this man is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-8477.
