Notice of open house and public hearing for proposed
amendments to the 2014 Major Thoroughfare & Freeway Plan
The City of Houston Planning Commission is considering proposed changes to the 2014 Major Thoroughfare & Freeway Plan (MTFP). These include amendments resulting from the findings of the Northwest, Heights-Northside, Inner West Loop, and the Texas Medical Center mobility studies.
