October 23, 2012 Town Hall Meeting on Proposed Parking Benefit District
The City of Houston Parking Management Division and District C City Council Member Ellen Cohen will host a town hall meeting on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, at 6 p.m. to discuss the proposed Parking Benefit District (PBD) along the Washington Avenue Corridor. A PBD is a defined geographic area, typically in a downtown area or along a commercial corridor in which a majority of the revenue generated from on-street parking facilities within the district is returned to the district to finance neighborhood improvements. The meeting will be held at the West End Multi-Service Center, 170 Heights Blvd, Houston 77007 in the Activity Center, Building 3. Parking is available in lots A, B and C.
