Dear Houston Hope Community Residents,
We are proud to bring you the June/July 2007 monthly update on Houston Hope. As a participant of the Houston Hope initiative, potential buyers may qualify to receive up to $30,000 in down payment assistance.
Currently, the Land Assemblage Redevelopment Authority (LARA) has purchased 706 properties. For a breakdown of properties, sold, under contract with builders, to breaking ground and available, please see the listing for each individual neighborhood.
