Dear Trinity / Houston Gardens Residents,

SPRING INTO YOUR NEW HOUSTON HOPE HOME!

We are proud to announce that as of March 2009, Houston Hope has helped hundreds of families to own quality affordable homes in improved areas of the city.

Houston Hope is Mayor Bill White's action plan to improve several of Houston's historic neighborhoods by coordinating public safety programs, restoring existing homes, providing quality new affordable homes, and improving infrastructure and drainage.

Qualified home buyers may receive up to $37,500 in down payment assistance to purchase a home in a targeted area.

We closed 130 homes in 2008 and provided $3.2 million in down payment assistance. You can be the next home owner!
