Many construction projects in Houston are not administered by the City of Houston. For example, Westheimer inside Loop 610 is a City street. However, Westheimer outside Loop 610 is actually FM1093 and is therefore a State street. The Hardy Toll Road and Beltway 8 are Harris County projects. The table below is a listing of City of Houston Construction Projects, by ZIP Code. Some projects affect more than one ZIP Code. Non-City projects can be found via the links on the left. Projects not listed below are either non-City projects or substantially completed City projects.
