Details:   City Controller Garcia will comment on the proposed Arena referendum. The new Arena Deal is on the November 7th ballot. The City Controller, the second highest elected city official, will announce her position regarding the referendum. As the "taxpayer's watchdog", the Controller has carefully reviewed the proposal and is prepared to announce what affects the New Arena could have on the City's economic well-being.
