FY2007 CIP Meetings

The City of Houston will conduct combined public meetings on the City's FY2007 Annual Operating Budget, FY2007-2011 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), and 2006 Annual Consolidated Plan. Since 1984, the City has held public meetings to obtain citizen input before preparation of the operating budget and capital improvement plan. These meetings provide citizens the opportunity to participate in the budget process through contributing comments and suggestions about needed services and improvements.

Citizen Request Forms are available at each meeting for your comments and suggestions.

Print both pages of the .pdf document, tape or staple them back to back, fold, stamp and send in the mail.  Or call the Mayor's Citizens' Assistance Office at 713.247.2907 to request a form by mail.  The City of Houston will provide reasonable accommodations to citizens with disabilities/special needs upon request one week in advance of the meeting. Citizens are encouraged to call 713.247.2907 for arrangements.
