Council Member Sullivan held a Water Resources Management Committee meeting early in September; he serves as Chairman of the committee. Mr. Mike Marcotte, Director for the Public Works and Engineering Department, presented the City’s 2009 Water Conservation Plan to the City during it, and answered questions that Council Members and the public had in regards to it.

Mr. Marcotte presented a powerpoint presentation outlining the plan, and answered questions that Council Members and the public had in regards to it.
Most Council Members sent a representative to sit in on the meeting and to ask questions of Mr. Marcotte.
