To help celebrate the 40th Anniversary of NASA’s Apollo 11 mission, Council Member Sullivan presented a proclamation to NASA’s Ellen Conners and Brian Freedman during City Council’s public session. Today, NASA has a large fingerprint in District E and remains a leading force in scientific research and in stimulating public interest in aerospace exploration, as well as science and technology in general.
