HPD teamed up with a car wash to do a “pirate themed” fundraiser benefiting the Special Olympics. Council Member Sullivan stopped by to show his support for these officers, all of whom were donating their time to charity. Council Member Sullivan also had his car washed so a portion of the proceeds would go to Special Olympics.
