On June 18th, Council Member Sullivan joined Mayor Bill White and Chief Harold Hurtt at the grand opening and ribbon cutting of the Houston Police Department’s new Property Room. The new 11,000 square foot facility will house approximately 95,000 pieces of evidence a year and features moveable shelving and climate control attributes. Chief Hurtt presented the first piece of evidence to be stored in the new facility.
