Council Member Sullivan visited HPD Lake Patrol to thank them for their hard work on rescuing a missing swimmer on Lake Houston. HPD Lake Patrol called out three boats and used a helicopter to search for a missing woman after she didn’t return to her boat following an evening swim. The woman was rescued after two hours when people ashore heard her crying for help and Lake Patrol was able to respond and pull her from the water. She was treated for hypothermia.
