Chief of the Houston Police Department, Chief Harold Hurtt, came by Council Member Sullivan’s office to see the Council Member’s Wall of Honor. Council Member Sullivan has dedicated a wall in his office to honor those who have lost their lives in the line of duty in the City of Houston.
