Council Member Sullivan met many crews at different work sites who are performing major concrete repairs in Kingwood. The repairs started in early July and are expected to be completed within 60-90 days. The repairs consist of removing old concrete with saws, reinforcing the underlying structure, and pouring the concrete again to make the roads safer, and more durable.
