Council Member Sullivan joined public elected officials, the community, and the Humble Area Chamber of Commerce at the Humble Civic Center for a National Day of Prayer breakfast.  The breakfast, which was sponsored by the Northeast Ministerial Alliance, kicked off a day of congregating as a community to publicly pray for our country.  The National Day of Prayer was established in 1952 as an annual event by a joint resolution of Congress and signed into law by President Harry S. Truman.
