Council Member Sullivan, his Chief of Staff, Monica Aizpurua, and North Sector Manager, Autumn Jodzio all attended Humble Chamber of Commerce’s August luncheon where Congressman Judge Ted Poe was the guest speaker. Council Member Sullivan sponsored a table of 10 which included his daughter and two staffers, Congressman Ted Poe’s Field Representative, Kim Brode, HFD District 102 Chief Randall Hartman, and active community members, Bud Lynch, Ted Mandel, Rita Daniels, and Ray Anderson. The Congressman spoke on several major current issues including his admiration of and relationship with the military, his objections to the proposed health care plan, and his discontent with the economic bailouts. The Humble Chamber also announced their new name, the Lake Houston Area Chamber of Commerce, and recognized Council Member Sullivan as one of their newest board members.
