The Greater Houston Partnership along with the Texans for Tier One hosted a press conference to rally community and business support to pass Proposition 4 that would grant the University of Houston a Tier One status. Council Member Sullivan joined Jeff Moseley, President and CEO of the Greater Houston Partnership, Bill Hobby, former Lieutenant Governor and Welcome Wilson, Sr.Chair of the Board of Regents for the University of Houston system in emphasizing the positive regional economic impact Houston would have if the proposition were passed by Texas voters.
