Online Services: One Call Does It All
The City of Houston’s Municipal Courts implemented its One Call Solution Center in 2008 as a way for citizens to obtain assistance in handling citations issued by law enforcement agencies. Our goal with One Call was to create a One Stop Solution center offering easier access and resolutions to the community. The center also assists to help alleviate the number of visitors coming in to the courthouse.
The One Call Solution Center provides citizens with an avenue to handle the following requests via email:
- Defensive Driving
- Deferred Dispositions
- Deferred Disposition
- Proof of Registration
- Driver’s License (RID)
As a partner to the Judicial branch, the center assists in the enforcement of judicial decisions by notifying citizens via outbound calls in regards to delinquent or pending violations. The center also accepts payments by credit or debit card for citations via phone.
The One Call Solution Center can be contacted by dialing the 3-1-1 Helpline at 713.837.0311 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
