CITIZENS ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE COURT DATE

Municipal Courts Dept. LogoSeptember 28, 2005 -- Due to disruptions in preparations for and in the aftermath of Hurricane Rita, citizens who were unable to appear for their scheduled court appearance on September 22, 23, 24, 26 and 27, will be allowed to reschedule beginning Wednesday, September 28 until Wednesday, October 5, 2005. 

Arrest warrants will be issued against those who fail to reschedule within this period .   Resets may be requested in person at the Public Service Counter at 1400 Lubbock or any of the following locations:
