25th Anniversary of the Houston International Jazz Festival. The Friday night Kick Off Party Tradition has expanding this year and the party will be held on Music World Music's Entertainment Complex which spans a block. Patrons will be able to walk freely about the yard experiencing food, drinks, exhibits, entertainment in all buildings an outdoors.

The Houston International Jazz Festival's 25th Anniversary, featuring Rachelle Ferrell and Los Lonely Boys. Pre-concert event next door at Hard Rock Cafe, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
