The City of Houston (COH) FY2008 Cost Allocation Plans (the Plans) based upon the audited FY2006 actual expenditures are presented below. The COH develops the plans annually to allocate Citywide costs appropriately by using full cost plans as well as OMB plans that are in compliance with OMB Circular A-87.

The COH has engaged an independent firm, Maximus, Inc., to develop the Plans and to issue a letter regarding its work. The first link below is for the letter from Maximus, Inc. stating the result of its work. FY2009, FY2008, FY2007, FY2006, FY2005, FY2004 and FY2003 Plans are also presented here.
