The Design and Construction Division manages the design, construction and renovation of projects included in the City's adopted five-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for all City departments, except Aviation. This includes implementation of the USGBC's LEED program. In addition to capital projects, the division provides facilities planning and management services to client departments that include furniture acquisitions, interior architecture and space planning. The division also provides environmental assessment and remediation services.
The Design and Construction Division is managed by four team leaders as follows:
