The Real Estate Division oversees the acquisition and disposition of City property and leasing activities of the City both as Landlord and as Tenant.

The Division administers lease management for most City departments, manages the sale and acquisition of major real property assets and provides real estate expertise and support for all City departments.

At any given time the Division manages multiple projects relating to leases, sales and acquisitions of City of Houston real property ranging from HPD storefronts to major facilities.

• Frank Antene - Real Estate Manager - Responsible for surplus property sales and acquisitions of City property.
• Rupa Bhalla - Senior Real Estate Manager - Responsible for lease management of properties with the City as either Landlord or Tenant.
• Jose Soto - Real Estate Manager - Responsible for surplus property sales and acquisitions of City property.
• Will Whitehead - Real Estate Manager - Responsible for surplus property sales and acquisitions, as well as responsibility for special projects.
• Roslyn Gilmore - Assistant Real Estate Analyst - Assists Senior Real Estate Manager and Real Estate Managers with sales and leases.
• Natalie Padilla-Becerra- Administrative Assistant- Provides administrative services and support to the Division.
• Diana do Carmo - Administrative Specialist - Provides administrative services and support to the Division.
