Kids Vision and See to Succeed

Houston Health Department (HHD) has partnered with University of Houston, San Jacinto College, Kids Vision for Life (The Essilor Foundation) and the Berkley Eye Center to provide free vision exams and eyewear to children and youth in need.

These vision exams are held at a clinic centrally located in Houston and approximately 350-400 children are bused in each day from area schools around the city to attend.


Note: Space is available on a first come, first serve basis.
     Early consent form submission is recommended.

How to Enroll in See to Succeed

To schedule an appointment for a vision clinic, please contact Kenneth Barron at 281-630-4864 or Cathy Parker at 832-362-2338 and tentatively reserve your clinic date. Please note that you are not confirmed for your clinic date until your signed consent forms are received by See to Succeed staff. Consent form deadlines are listed above.

 

Volunteers
