Houston Information Technology Services (HITS) was created in 2003 to improve the IT organization throughout the City; to leverage emerging technologies to reduce cost, limit growth in the workforce and improve services to citizens and employees.

One of the primary goals of the Radio Communications Division will be to keep a open and timely method of communications for this project and this web site will help fulfill that very important goal.
