The City of Houston Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) is proposing to amend its Twenty-Sixth Year Consolidated Annual Plan. Funds that were previously budgeted for land acquisition will now be budgeted for Public Services to allow SEARCH to continue its operations.

The public has thirty (30) days to comment on these proposed amendments, before the revised projects are submitted to the City Council and HUD for approval. The thirty-day period extends from Friday, May 6, 2005 through Monday, June 6, 2005.
