The Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) invites you to attend the second public hearing on the 2008 Consolidated Action Plan . The Consolidated Action Plan is an application for federal funds to help finance affordable housing projects and a variety of community improvement activities. The public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, April 10 th at 7:00 p.m. , in the former City Council Chambers (900 Bagby), first floor. A summary of the Consolidated Action Plan is available on HCDD's website at www.houstonhousing.org The public is invited to comment on the Plan during the 30-day review period, which extends from Saturday, March 22 nd through Sunday, April 20 th .
