January 20, 2007 - Project Houston Hope is an initiative of Mayor Bill White to stabilize and revitalize neighborhoods (Acres Homes, Clinton Park, Third Ward, Magnolia, Sunnyside, Settegast, Fifth Ward, and Trinity / Houston Gardens). The goal of Houston Hope is to transform these distressed neighborhoods into revitalized communities.
