4% Resolution of No Objection

Applicants requesting a Resolution of No Objection required for 4% Housing Tax Credits must complete the attached request. Please note HCDD has a minimum 60-day time frame to review a resolution of no objection for all 4% applications.

The following document outlines HCDD’s notification of awards for affordable multifamily developments submitted during the 2018 Request for Proposals.

2018 Multifamily Request for Proposal Application Log

HCDD’s application period for its multifamily RFP ended March 30, 2018. The following log lists all applications received at the end of the application period. HCDD has begun its threshold review of the applications. Applicants with a noted deficiency will be notified and allowed to cure deficiencies within a certain period. Any applications that do not meet threshold within the allowed cure period will be cancelled. Scoring will commence after applications have been reviewed and cure periods expired.

Several applicants have also applied for 2018 9% Housing Tax Credits with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA). HCDD is aware of the timing requirements for this program and staff will work diligently to notify applicants of their award status as soon as possible. A revised list of applications that met threshold will be posted once the cure period for all applications have expired.
