Housing and Community Development Department
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds are allocated for public improvements through the City's Capital Improvements Program. HCDD provides CDBG funding to qualified applicants to be used in the renovation, acquisition and/or construction of various nonprofit public facilities. The facilities or improvements must be in areas where 51% or more of the residents are low- to moderate-income, or applicants must provide documentation on family size and income to prove that the facility will serve at least 51% low- to moderate-income clients.
Are you interested in applying for funding?
Facilities are selected annually through an open Request For Proposals process. For more information or to determine if your project is eligible for public facilities and improvement funds, go to Housing - RFPs, Applications and Downloads.
