The Center Serving with Mental Retardation

Rapid Rehousing Program
Program provides for transitional living for persons who was homeless, transitioning them into permanent and independent living. For more information, contact the Coalition for the Homeless at 713-739-7514. -
Day Care - Provides childcare and parental development services to low and moderate income families who are employed, enrolled in vocational training or seeking employment. Non-profit organizations are selected to participate through a Request for Proposals process. This program is administered by the Child Care Council of Houston, Incorporated. Elderly Services - Seek to increase the level of social services to support low-income senior citizens. Services include door-to-door transportation, home delivered meals and temporary homemaker services. These services are administered by the City of Houston Health and Human Services Department.

Coalition for the Homeless/Houston Harris County-Planning/HMIS

St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church (LSDM)

SEARCH, Mobile Outreach Program

Mobile Computer Lab
