May 9, 2007 - City of Houston's Housing and Community Development Department, Assistant Director Donald Sampley joined city council members, Board Members and residents for the Groundbreaking ceremony of a former abandoned 7,800 square feet KinderCare Facility at 3819 Plum Valley Drive in Kingwood, Texas. This facility received an $800,000 dollar Community Development Block grant from the City of Houston's Housing and Community Development Department for a Neighborhood Facility Renovation.
