  In the seminar you will learn about the home buying process and choose a Houston HOPE Community Development Partner.
  
  
• Your Houston HOPE Partner will aid you in securing a mortgage loan from an Affordable Lending Partner, and take you through the application for Houston HOPE Downpayment Assistance.
  
  Use the Mortgage Calculator provided to calculate the monthly note for your new home. Results are not guaranteed.
