Employees and their covered spouses who complete and annual physical and online health assessment at MyCigna.com will earn the following:
- Employees – Medical rate discount of $600 annually and $65 Healthy Award Funds
- Spouses – Medical rate discount of $300 annually and $32.50 Healthy Award Funds
Healthy Awards funds can be used towards medical copays, dental copays, or a point-of-service for prescriptions.

STEP 1: ANNUAL EXAM
Deadline: January 31, 2022
Employees and covered spouses, visit your provider for an annual physical between February 1, 2021 – January 31, 2022. Obtain biometric measurements for blood pressure, total and HDL cholesterol, height, weight, and waist circumference.
STEP 2: HEALTH ASSESSMENT
Deadline: March 11, 2022
Employees and covered spouses, use your biometric measurements to complete the online health assessment at MyCigna.com between May 1, 2021 – March 11, 2022.
