Mr. Little began with the Solid Waste Management Department in December 1990as a refuse laborer in the then-new curbside recycling program. In 1995, he was one of the first drivers chosen for the pilot program testing automated garbage collection. << Full story >> |
Mr. Medina has been with the city for 11 years, serving the last two in the director’s office of Public Works. Those who know him say that he personifies what a dedicated city employee should be. |
