Larry is a GIS Consultant in Planning and Development. Larry and his dedicated team within the GIS Technology Division serves internal and external customers through the development and creation of custom maps and analysis.

His outstanding analytical ability along with his concise visualization has been recognized internationally with a First Prize honor in an international map gallery competition.

Larry’s team also supports emergency responders by providing timely and accurate information and products for decision-makers during disasters.

Larry has become a nationally certified instructor in Geographic Information Systems, and teaches courses to city employees. This allows training to be specific to regional needs and issues.

So far, Larry has trained 109 employees.

His training has saved the city $115,000.
