Times: Check-in 7 a.m.; Shotgun start 8 a.m.

Participants: All city of Houston employees, family and friends

Cost: Registration is $50 per player. Make check or money order out to Community Health Charities. All registration fees include a full breakfast, fabulous lunch, trophies and prizes.

Entry deadline: Entries, advertisements and checks due by Friday, October 26th.*

Format: Four-person scramble, limited to 144 players

Contests: 1st - 6th place, longest drive, longest putt and closest to the hole

Mulligans: $5 each (Maximum 2 per golfer)

How to enter: Fill out the entry form. Return form and checks or money orders to Marilu De La Fuente in the Parks Dept. at 2999 South Wayside, Houston, TX 77023, no later than Oct. 26. The tournament will be limited to the first 144 paid entrants.
