EAP Manager – Richard L. Barrett, MSW, LCSW, LMFT, CEAP

After earning a master’s degree in social work from the Saint Louis University School of Social Service in 1981, Barrett worked in a variety of mental health settings including the University of Texas Medical School Department of Psychiatry. He has 13 years experience managing employee assistance programs, including programs with a national and international focus. Barrett is a licensed social worker and marriage and family therapist

Carroll graduated with a bachelor of arts from the University of Texas at Austin and earned a master of arts in clinical psychology from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. She is a licensed professional counselor and a licensed marriage and family therapist. She’s worked as an EAP professional for 15 years and she’s experienced in helping people resolve all types of issues.

Isaac graduated with a bachelor of science in family studies and a master of science in family therapy from Texas Woman’s University. A licensed chemical-dependency counselor, Isaac has worked in the substance-abuse field for years. She also has assisted clients in grief, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, domestic violence, parenting issues, marital and couple therapy, play therapy, and HIV/AIDS issues. Isaac is pursuing her marriage and family therapist license.
Senior Office Assistant Valerie Jackson

Jackson attended Houston Community College and has worked in the administration and clerical field with a focus on payroll and human resources for 17 years. She is responsible for EAP appointment scheduling, client reception and data reporting. Jackson plans to continue her education in business administration.
