Log on to Blue Access for Members at www.bcbstx.com. Click on the Personal Health Manager logo on the bottom right side of the screen.
You’ll find all kinds of health information. The Health Encyclopedia gives you access to a wealth of health knowledge. Search by term or by topic.
Under the News Archive, you can find the latest information from leading health publications. Just enter a keyword, category, or topic.
Tools to help with fitness and nutrition planning can be found in the For your Health box at the top of the screen.
By clicking the Menu tab on the top left of the screen, you’ll find other useful tools: charts to help you track your health numbers, a medical diary to schedule appointments and reminders.
